This workshop is designed to build on your knowledge of the Kettlebell. A good foundation was laid out in level 1 with a theoretical introduction and then the basic foundation kettlebell exercises introduced.

It includes mobilisers, foam roller techniques and muscle activation exercises that will specifically contribute to effectively moving well whilst performing the main kettlebell exercises. THese can easily be applied to many PT clients also. Basic kettlebell handling exercises are also introduced to get the hands and nervous system activated at the optimal level.
