The Advanced Personal Training Tools workshop is a course designed at moving away from what may normally be associated as traditional Tools of the Fitness expert. Fitness tools such as the BOSU, Medicine Balls, Dura Discs and Fit balls traditionally fit into this category. This particular workshop however looks at equipment and exercises that have been around for a long time but not you’re every day piece of training equipment used with the average Personal Training client.
