Section 1: Advanced Postural Analysis & Corrective Exercise

Assess. Identify. Correct.

Develop the skills to conduct both static and dynamic postural assessments, allowing you to accurately identify movement dysfunctions and muscular imbalances.

Learn how to interpret your findings and prescribe targeted exercise interventions that help clients restore function, reduce discomfort, and improve movement efficiency.
